To assist the Head of Far East Procurement Services in the aspects of Human Resource and Administration and provide personal assistance to Head of FEPS in the daily operation, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the FEPS office in accordance with the local law of China.
(one year contract with FESCO agent)
1、Coordinate with the section heads to identify their needs separately;
2、Arrange the recruitment activities according to the needs;
3、Independently handling CV screen and candidates selection as well as other recruitment administration work, like contract preparation, advertisement arrangement etc.
1、 Responsible for HR Orientation Program;
2、 identify the training needs and arrange the training courses accordingly;
1、 Handle the application process of work permit and working visa for the HK and foreign staff from the relevant government;
2、 Coordinate with HQ legal department for proper resolution of expatriates secondment issues;
3、 Provide suggestions to brand responsible for proper handling of contract termination and labor disputes locally;
4、 Draft Employee Handbook and related personnel policies;
5、 Set up the staff database and keep it updated.
1、Bachelor graduated with 3-5 years working experience in HR/Administration field;
2、Well mastered of labour contract law, recruitment process, training coordination and performance appraisal;
3、Good at communication, collaboration with different level of parties;
4、Fluent in English as working language;
5、Patient, detail-oriented and committed.
